Carol Jean Mattox

Mrs. Carol Jean Mattox, 74, departed this life on Friday, June 11, 2021 at the Jackson Madison County General Hospital. She was born on December 5, 1946 in East St. Louis, ILL to the late William E. Craig, Sr. and Betty Jean Strauss Craig. She was a retired retail manager for Chef's Warehouse. Besides her parent Mrs. Mattox was also preceded in death by her husband Lloyd Leon Mattox ,Sr. She is survived by 2 daughters: Kimberly Crouch of Bruceton, TN and Michelle (Robert) Enfinger of New Market, TN. 2 sons: Michael (Lynn) Mattox of West Alexandria, Ohio and Lloyd (Patricia) Mattox, Jr. of Arnold, MO. 3 brothers: William Craig, Jr. of Norfolk, VA., Robert (Deann) Craig of Cape Coral, FL. and Gary (Debbie) Craig of Cahokia, Ill. 13 grandchildren and 21 great- grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Monday, June 14 from 4 PM till 8 PM . Cremation will follow .
