Charles William Planty

Mr. Charles William Planty, 68 of Hollow Rock, TN passed away on Friday, June 21, 2024 at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Huntingdon, TN. Mr. Planty was born on January 11, 1956 in Westfield, NY to the late Charles Henry Planty and Shirley Marion Tucker Planty. He was also preceded by brothers Mike Planty and Steve Planty. Mr. Planty was a Photo Specialist with Wal-greens and member of Twin City Community Church.

Mr. Charles is survived by his wife of 24 years, Judith Planty of Hollow Rock, TN; three  daughters Nora Rae (Justin) Cossitt of Arlington, TN, Lorin Michelle (Josh) Hall of Oakland, TN, Lindsey Morgan Planty of Denver, Colorado; sons, Andrew (Krisi) Smothers of Hollow Rock, TN, Tyler (Apphifany) Smothers of Oakland, TN; One sister Sherry (Larry) Dolcin of Lima, NY. One brother Gary ( Julie) Planty of Brocton, NY.  Ten grandchildren.

Visitation with the family will be on Sunday, June 23, 2024 from 1:00-4:00 pm and again on Monday, June 24, 2024 from 1:00-3:00 pm at Bruceton Funeral Home Chapel.

Funeral services will be on Monday, June 24, 2024 at 3 pm at Bruceton Funeral Home with Bro. Brett Mebane officiating.

Cremation will follow.
