Mrs. Jeanette Simpson Kozak, 75, was born on Sept. 26, 1944 in Augusta , AR. . She passed away on Thursday September 3, 2020 at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Huntingdon, TN. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church and a retired self employed caregiver. She is survived by 1 son Ronald Scott ( Cindy) Kozak of Hollow Rock, TN. 2 brothers: James A. (Sandy) Simpson of Vale, TN. and Dan Watwood of Huntingdon, TN. 3 grandchildren Ashley (John) Charlton, Christopher Kozak and Kendra Kozak 3 great- grandchildren: Madeline Brinkman, Cadence Charlton and Callie Charlton Visitation will be held on Sunday September 6 from 2 pm till 6 and Services on Monday Sept. 7 at St. Mary's Catholic in Camden at 12 Noon
