Jimmy Ray Smothers

Mr. Jimmy Ray Smothers, 79, was born on August 10,1941 in Benton County, TN to the late Thomas Eldon Smothers and Lewana Mae Higdon Smothers. He departed this life on Sunday, June 20, 2021 at his home. He was a member of Pleasant Hill Missionary Baptist Church, were he served as Deacon and a life long farmer. He is survived by his wife of 57 years Mrs. Bettie Joyce Austin Smothers of Camden, TN. They were married on January 18, 1964. Visitation for Mr. Smothers will be held on Monday, June 21 at Bruceton Funeral Home from 10:00AM till 12:15 time for departure for the Church. Funeral will be held at Pleasant Hill Missionary Baptist Church at !:00PM on Monday, June 21.
